The students from Mitchell Community College absolutely loved the experience of building, and launching the Great Heads of Statesville Exit Poll. This event continues to provide excitement to help develop future engineers.
Physics instructor, Doug Knight, said this kind of activity helps create interest and experiential learning that is much deeper than reading a book or looking at a chalkboard.
